Located at 1108 E Lake Street, Minneapolis, MN 55407, Inaya Comfort Care is dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities and seniors through
comprehensive Housing Stabilization Services (HSS). As a part of the Medical Assistance program, we provide tailored support designed to help our clients achieve stable housing and enhanced independence.

- Be on Medical Assistance (MA)
- Be 18 years or older
- Have a disability or disabling condition
- Require assistance with communication, mobility, decision-making, or managing challenging behaviors
- Have experienced housing instability
